One of the top Islamic financial institutions in the UAE, Emirates Islamic, won the MEA Finance Awards title of “Best Islamic Bank for SMEs.” Syed Ghazanfar Naqvi, the head of business banking, accepted the award during a recent ceremony held in Dubai.
Emirates Islamic Business Banking was honored for its unique offering for small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) and its reputation as a top bank for business owners looking for Shariah-compliant goods and services. With one in ten UAE SMEs now banking with Emirates Islamic, the business banking segment has had unprecedented growth in 2022, highlighting the strength of the bank’s value proposition.
