Seoul takes streets filled murals to another level by dedicating an entire neighborhood to murals. To revitalize the old neighborhood, Korean government along with local artists turned the Ihwa village into a treasure trove of Instagram-worthy spots with interesting and colorful mural paintings and mosaics.
