Sixty worldwide firms are expected to attend the Startup Investment Forum (SIF), which commences from 21 to 23, February, 2022 at Madinah’s King Salman International Convention Center.
SIF is a three-day event that will not only provide a platform for Saudi, Arab, and worldwide startup companies to showcase their products and services to overseas investors, but it will also provide entrepreneurs with an excellent opportunity to engage with potential local, regional, and global investors, exchange ideas, discover about the latest business trends, and expand their operations.
Workshops guided by prominent executives from various Saudi Arabian and foreign organizations will be held during the event, which will bring together international entrepreneurs from Egypt, Jordan, Algeria, Poland, Georgia, Greece, the United States of America, and the United Kingdom. “Entrepreneurship in hospitality and tourism: trends and opportunities,” “entrepreneurship and sustainable practices,” “design thinking,” “innovations in artificial intelligence,” and “pre-seed & seed fundraising” will be among the topics covered in these workshops.
In addition, there will be a discussion panel on enhancing the future: environment-oriented economy — Madinah as a developing smart city, as well as a screening of the documentary 15 years of innovation — the journey of the MIT Enterprise Forum, where MIT will also present a case study on a program to accelerate regional entrepreneurship in Saudi Arabia.
